BLAQ% Drabble 004

"Doong-ah!" You opened the door, expecting to see him on the couch as usual - but he was nowhere to be found.

Calling his name repeatedly, you went through your tiny apartment. He had your keys, ever since he agreed to be your dinner partner.

The two of you had stuck together since meeting in Seoul, both strangers to the culture and place - and even though you both called it home now, the your relationship with him never changed. Not even after he debuted.

He still called you noona, and he was your precious dongsaeng.

The ring of your phone startled you and you fumbled around to find it in your bag. "Hello?"

It was your colleague. He had been asking you out for dinner for the past few weeks, and you were getting rather tired of rejecting his offers.

"I'm sorry, I really can't. I already told you I'm having dinner with someone else."

"Everyday?" He sounded slightly annoyed, "can't you just skip for one day? Is he your boyfriend?"

Your eyebrows furrowed, now you were annoyed. "Even if he -"

Before you could finish, your phone was taken away from you. Turning, you saw Thunder place the phone to his ear. "Excuse me, I would really appreciate it if you would stop asking my girlfriend out."

The world seemed to stand still upon his words, and you barely heard the rest of the conversation until Thunder hung up and waved for you to snap out of it. "Are you angry?" He asked, in his usual calm voice.

"I'm - no. Just surprised. I'll have to go clear up that I don't have a boyfriend at the office tomorrow." You stuck your tongue out at him and reached for your phone. "No thanks to you."

He held your phone away, making you lean closer to him. "What if I make it easier? You won't need to clear up anything."

"What do you mean?" Your fingers grabbed the air, and you forgot about your phone upon hearing his next words.

"Be my girlfriend noona.

I've liked you for so long, I can't bear seeing other guys chase after you.
Please don't go anywhere but by my side.

I know you prefer older men but, I really like you."

Despite being slightly older, your mind turned blank at the situation - not knowing how to reply.

Some things were easier shown than said though, so when Thunder's lips pressed onto yours, you returned the kiss.

"I won't leave you."
